Jugo Anti-Gripe y con Mucha Vitamina C.

Jugo Anti-gripe! Este es uno de los licuados que mi hijo y yo tomamos de vez en cuando para evitar enfermarnos.

Ingredientes:
5 fresas grandes
5 moras
1 zanahoria
4 hojas de espinaca (no se siente el sabor para nada)
un pedacito de jengibre fresco
2 naranjas
Un vaso con agua

Exprimir las naranjas aparte y licuar el resto de las frutas con el agua, pasarla por un colador y luego mezclar los 2 jugos.
Yo no endulzo este licuado. Pero si quieren pueden ponerle un poquito de miel.

P.d: A los bebés menores de 13 meses NO se les debe dar miel, ya que no la pueden digerir bien y por el riesgo de Botulismo.
